Hot ChocolateEdit

Ingredients:

  • 2 c dry milk powder
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 c powdered nondairy creamer
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Measure all ingredients into either a mixing bowl or a gallon zipper bag
  2. Mix until evenly blended (with wisk or by squashing bag)
  3. Store in tightly covered container at room temperture
  4. Makes @ 4 c of mix

Notes:

  • You can also add 1/2 c mini semisweet chocolate chips.
  • You can also add mini marshmallows
  • Bulk Ingridendient Totals
    • 4 lb dry milk = 12.5 recipies (25 c)
    • 4 lb sugar = 8.5 recipies (6 c)
    • 8 oz cocoa = 5 recipies (2.5 c)
    • 35.3 oz creamer = 13.5 recipies (7.25 c)
